We offer a variety of cleaning services to fit every client’s needs.Maintenance Cleans: Our routine cleaning service includes basic dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window and glass cleaning, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.Deep Cleans: A more detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning that includes hand-cleaning décor and furniture, as well as cleaning the interiors of appliances.Move-In/Move-Out Cleans: Detailed cleaning designed to prepare a home for new occupants or leave it ready for the next ones.Garage Cleans: We can tackle the dust, dirt, and buildup that accumulate in garages.Room-Specific Cleaning: Only need one room cleaned? No problem! You can book a specific room, such as a bathroom, kitchen, or bedroom.Appliance-Specific Cleaning: Need just an oven, refrigerator, or another appliance cleaned? We offer individual appliance cleaning as well.For clients interested in recurring maintenance cleans, we strongly recommend starting with a deep clean first. This gives us a clean baseline and allows us to keep your home looking its best with ongoing maintenance.

How often will you clean my home?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleaning services. We understand that every client has different needs, so you can choose the cleaning frequency and type of service that works best for your home and lifestyle.

How much will it cost to clean my home?

Accepted Answer

Our cleaning services start at the following rates:Maintenance Cleans: Starting at $100Deep Cleans: Starting at $180Move-In/Move-Out Cleans: Starting at $220Garage Cleans: Starting at $100Clean by Room: Starting at $30Clean by Appliance: Starting at $25The final price is based on the square footage of the home, room, or space; the condition of the area being cleaned; and, for recurring maintenance cleans, the frequency of service. Homes that are cleaned more frequently typically have less build up that occurs between cleans, so the more frequent we clean your home the less it will cost. We understand that every client and home is different, so we offer flexible service options to help you choose the cleaning that best fits your needs and budget.

Question 4

How do I cancel or reschedule if something comes up?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any applicable charges. We also understand that emergencies and unexpected illnesses can happen. In those situations, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Simply give us a call or send us a text letting us know you need to cancel or reschedule, and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a new date that works best.

Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

You do not need to be home while we clean! If you won’t be home during your scheduled cleaning, we simply ask that you provide us with a key or access code so we can enter the home.We’ll make sure your home is secured when we leave and will return the key to the same designated spot where we found it. Your home’s security and peace of mind are important to us!

Do my pets need to be put up while you are cleaning?

Absolutely not! We’re animal lovers and are happy to have your furry friends around while we clean. Dogs and cats are welcome to stay out and move around the home during your cleaning.The only time we ask that pets be kept in a separate room is while we’re bringing our supplies in and out, as it may take a few trips and we want to make sure no one accidentally slips out the door.While we’re happy to work around your pets, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a completely fur-free space if your pets are walking through areas after they have already been cleaned. If a pet enters a room that has already been cleaned and leaves fur on the furniture or floors, we will not go back and re-clean the area.We’ll always do our best to keep your home looking fresh and clean while making sure your four-legged family members feel comfortable too!

Question 7

How will you get into my home if no one is there?

No problem if you’re not home when we arrive! We understand that life gets busy, and you don’t always need to be there for your cleaning. If you won’t be home, we ask that you provide us with a spare key or an access code so we can safely enter your home. If you’re leaving a key for us, just let us know where it’s located so we can easily find it. Once your cleaning is complete, we’ll make sure your home is securely locked and return the key to the same location where we found it. We treat access to your home with care and respect and want you to feel comfortable trusting us with your space.

Do you offer evening or weekend services?

Our regular service hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. However, we understand that those hours don’t work for everyone! If you need an evening or weekend cleaning, please don’t hesitate to reach out. While availability may vary, we’re always happy to see if we can accommodate your schedule and find a time that works for you.

Do I need to do anything to prepare my home for cleaning?

No need to clean before we arrive—that’s what we’re here for! We don’t expect you to have your home spotless before your cleaning.To help us make the most of our time in your home, we do ask that you:Make sure we have access to your home and any necessary alarms are disabled.Put away personal items and clear off countertops, tables, and other surfaces you’d like cleaned.Put away any dishes so we can properly clean and sanitize sinks and surrounding areas.If possible, put away fragile, sentimental, or valuable items. While we are fully insured and take great care with your belongings, we recommend storing these items somewhere safe before we arrive.The more accessible your surfaces are, the more thoroughly we can clean them. So leave the cleaning to us and simply take care of the little things that help us do our best work!

Do you require a walkthrough before scheduling a cleaning?

A walkthrough is not required before scheduling a cleaning, and we offer free, no-obligation estimates both over the phone and in person. For the most accurate estimate, we strongly recommend an in-person walkthrough whenever possible. This allows us to see the space firsthand, understand exactly what you’re looking for, and provide a price that best reflects the work needed.We understand that meeting in person isn’t always convenient, so we’re happy to provide estimates over the phone as well. If a phone estimate is provided and we find upon arrival that the home requires more detailed cleaning than what was discussed, we’ll always communicate any potential additional charges with you before beginning the additional work. Our goal is to provide clear, honest pricing and make sure there are no surprises!

Do you supply your own cleaning products or will you use mine?

Yes! We bring all of the cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed to complete your cleaning service. We use a variety of products specifically chosen for different surfaces, materials, and types of messes to ensure we’re cleaning your home effectively and safely. If you have a specific cleaning product you prefer us to use, we’re happy to accommodate! We simply ask that you provide the product for us so we can make sure we’re using exactly what you prefer. Our goal is to make the process as easy and convenient for you as possible, so you can sit back and let us handle the cleaning!
